I ordered from splendid.com and expected the shipping to take longer, so I was kind of waiting for something to go wrong. But I got the tracking info right away and the package showed up way quicker than I thought it would. I’m usually skeptical with online orders because delays are so common, but this one actually went smoothly

The sizing ended up being right for me and there weren’t any weird tight spots, which I was happy about. I just wish it hadn’t taken so long to arrive because waiting around for it was frustrating

I’ve ordered a few things from Splendid i do like the fit and the fabrics are super soft. The styles are cute and easy to wear, so I get the appeal. But for the price, am I missing something? I kind of expected the pieces to hold up a little better.

One tee started getting thin after just a few washes, and the seams on my lounge pants began looking a bit rough quickly. They’re still wearable, so it’s not a total miss, but the durability feels a little inconsistent. Shipping was totally fine though, no complaints there.

I ordered a sweater and, of course, picked the wrong size. Luckily, the exchange process was really straightforward, and the instructions were easy to follow. My replacement showed up quickly too.

I thought it might turn into a whole hassle, but it was simple from start to finish. The refund/credit updates came through without any issues, so I’d definitely recommend splendid if you’re worried about returns or exchanges.

The help I got was okay overall. They did answer my question, so I can’t really complain too much, but it didn’t feel especially friendly or helpful either. Just kind of average, honestly — which is fine, I guess, but I was hoping for a little more.

The clothes look really nice and the styles are cute, I think. But when I tried it on, the fit was a bit weird in some places. Not terrible, just a little odd feeling.

My order was mostly correct, but one of the shirts showed up in the wrong size, so I’m guessing someone didn’t double-check before it went out. Customer service did fix it after a couple emails, which I appreciate, but it took longer than I was hoping. Not the worst experience, just a bit frustrating.

For the quality, it just feels way too expensive, and I don’t think it’s worth it

I really do like Splendid’s clothes, and I found a few things I was excited about, but using the website was way more annoying than it needed to be. The pages were loading slowly, and every time I went back to double-check sizes, my cart seemed to change or reset something. It felt like I was spending more energy managing the website than actually shopping.

Checkout was the same kind of hassle. My discount code showed up at first, then randomly disappeared, and the shipping info wasn’t very clear either. I did end up placing the order, but the whole process felt like a waste of time and patience for something that should’ve been simple...

Got a couple tops and some joggers from Splendid. Honestly. So comfy. The fabric is soft, easy to wear all day. No weird stiffness or scratchy feel. Fit was spot on for me too. Only downside is the price. A bit high. But comfort-wise, I’m happy

I've bought clothes online before where the color is way off compared to what everyone seems to show in the product photos, so this was a nice surprise. No weird shade difference or disappointment, just what I expected, and I’m happy with it.

To be fair, the fabric does feel nice and the overall quality seems decent at first. But after not much use, the stitching started coming loose, which was disappointing. I don’t think it’s a terrible product, but for the price, I’d expect it to hold up a bit better.
